Site: A triple garage needs to be converted into a self-accommodate unit for Clients. Clients are two siblings who want their own space. Therefore, this space needs to occupy Max 2 bedrooms, with open plan facilities and to be totally self-contained. This site-directed itself by the existing structure, with 3 separate car units, this divided the spaces into space to sleep, eat and socialise.
